Mortgage packager and distributor Complete Mortgage and Loan Services has teamed up with lender Platform to offer a fixed rate mortgage product.

The mortgage rate is 7.29%, with a 65 LTV.

The deal is available to home movers, remortgage customers, first time buyers and even those with bad credit or up to £500 in CCjs.

Tristan Pile, sales and marketing director of Complete, said: “We expect demand to be high in a market that currently offers brokers and borrowers few choices.”
