UK borrowers owe £779 million in CCJs
In the third quarter of 2008, money owed to creditors in County Court Judgments in the UK reached £779 million.
The figure represents an increase of £45.6 million since the second quarter, and of £100 million since 2007.
The increase in CCJs over the past year may lead to an increased demand for bad credit mortgages and other loans.
