Property expert: Will letting our home change the terms of the mortgage?

We want to rent our house out. Should we inform our lender and will it change the terms of our mortgage?

    That depends. Will you still be living there? If not, how long will you be moving out for? Best to check with your mortgage provider in any case but some will give you some wiggle room.
